Prize Winning Production
We are very proud to announce that our production of A Slight Inconvenience won first prize in the Drama Association of Wales' one act play festival held on 5, 6 & 7 March 2009 at CCA. Sharon Huxley also won the Best Actor prize as well. Congratulations to Sharon, director Shirley Betts and the cast and crew. More details can be found here. Colwyn Abbey Players and Tappers regularly perform plays and shows across the local area. Recent performances have taken place in Theatr Colwyn; St. Paul's Church Hall, Colwyn Bay; Colwyn Bay Cricket Club; Bryn Pydew Village Hall and the Civic Hall, Conwy. Colwyn Abbey Players meet and rehearse on Mondays and Thursdays at  Colwyn Abbey Tappers meet and rehearse on Tuesdays at  in Llandudno.We also hold workshops in all aspects of theatre craft.
