CAPS production of The Bear whilst it did not win an award, was awarded one of the six places in the Wales One Act Festival Final.

Congratulations to Sharon, Ben, Lisa, Angharad & the stage team.

The final will take place in Theatr Colwyn on Friday 4th and Saturday 6th June 2026.  The actual date for The Bear has yet to be decided.

Conwy One Act Festival

This year the festival had two new awards:

Best Comedy Performance - In memory of David Huxley

                                                      &

Best Technical Performance  - In memory of Geoff Edkins

The Best Technical Performance was won by PMA Theatre and the Best Comedy Performance was won by our Shirley Betts

in CAPS production of "In By The Half" - well done Shirley!
